On a sunny and quiet place, we propose a new single house ideal for families up to 4 adults and a baby.

Large terraces with stunning view on the southern part of Locarno (7 min by train, 10 min by car, Lago Maggiore beach 3-4 min by car) and Ascona (15 minutes by car) in the small village of Gordola (Verzasca Valley area).

The holiday house is equipped with:

• Private swimming pool, patio with awnings, sun beds and parasols
• Sun island and a Weber kettle grill for your best evening barbecues
• Heated pool with electric pool cover, maintaining comfortable water temperature until end of November
• Top air-conditioning system for the hottest days of the season
• Magnificent view over the lake, the Magadino plain, and the mountains from most rooms

Our new and modern kitchen is ready to use and completely equipped with:

• Dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, microwave
• Automatic coffee machine, mixer, blender
• Electric lemon squeezer, toaster, iron, ironing board
• Vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, washing machine

The dining room is furnished with a sofa bed and a TV. Two bedrooms with both a double bed. A cot for small children is also available. Two bathrooms (WC and WC plus shower) and a washing machine. Windows are equipped with mosquito net. Parking available near the house as well as beautiful and well-kept garden in the surroundings. FREE WLAN for guests.

House Rules

Smoking is absolutely not allowed in this property, you are welcome to smoke on the terraces. Pets are not allowed in the property.
